Shipping & Delivery

When Will My Order Ship?

Track your order by clicking on View Order Status found in your order and shipping confirmation email.

For in-stock items: Orders typically ship within a few days of being placed. 

For items that are made-to-order: Orders typically have a lead time of 3 to 4.5 months.

Please note that while the COVID-19 pandemic may have caused delays in the past, currently most orders are not experiencing delays. However, we recommend checking with the carrier for the most up-to-date information on the status of your shipment.

In the unlikely event of delays, we will make every effort to keep our customers informed. We understand that these are still uncertain times and we appreciate our customers' patience and understanding.


What types of delivery service do you offer?

Standard/Outdoor Delivery 

With Standard Delivery your order is delivered to your door. There are no delivery appointments and no packaging removal.


Threshold/Indoor Delivery

With Threshold Delivery your order arrives “across the threshold” or will be placed inside the first available dry area. For a home, this is inside the front door. For an apartment or office building, this is in the first-floor lobby. Orders will NOT be taken up any flights of stairs. This does not include unpacking or debris removal.


Standard White-Glove Delivery 

With a scheduled delivery, your order will be brought to your room of choice, unpacked, and the debris will be removed. Assembly is NOT included. Your signature is required. 


Premium White-Glove Delivery

With a scheduled delivery, your order will be brought to your room of choice, unpacked, assembled as needed and inspected. The debris will be removed. Your signature is required. 


Do you offer free shipping?

Typically there is a minimal $250 charge for shipping your order unless a promotion is being offered or a discounted rate has been offered by a sales rep.
