What’s the status of my order?
Track your order by clicking on View Order Status found in your order and shipping confirmation email.
I want to cancel or change my order.
If you want to cancel or change your order you must call or email us within 24 hours of placing your order: email@example.com or 347-292-7574. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Orders that are already in production cannot be canceled.
For emails please include “Cancel my order” or “Change my order” in the subject line.
How long till I receive my order?
The lead time for each item is displayed on the product page under Shipping Details.
Many of our items ship within a few days.
For made-to-order items, lead times vary and can range from 5-18 weeks. Once your order ships, transit time will depend on the destination.
Please note that we are currently dealing with significant Covid related delays. Delivery times are unpredicatable and estimates given for delivery time frames are subject to increases.
I’d like to return my order.
Your satisfaction is our goal! We accept returns within 90 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for any item that is made-to-order. The "Returns" tab on each product page indicates weather the item can be returned.
If you feel like you have received a defective or damaged product, please reach out to us and we will have the item replaced or repaired. Please make sure to include images and descriptions of the damage.
Do you sell copies of original designs?
We only sell authentic pieces, authorized and licensed designs that are made by the original manufacturers.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our goods come from Europe. We work with factories in Italy, Spain, Denmark and the Czech Republic. We do not source furniture from Asia.
Can I get some fabric swatches?
Sure! If you need fabric or finish samples to help in making, please reach out to us.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship directly to the US.
