Our 90 Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please reach out to us within 90 days of receiving your order. A return label will be sent to you. Once we receive your return a refund will be issued.
- We do not accept returns for furniture that is made-to-order.
- Returns must be received in original condition, and retain the original packaging materials.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 10% of the total purchase price.
- Returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
Damage to your order
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and make note of any damages to the exterior packaging or to the contents.
If you feel like you have received a defective or damaged product, please reach out to us and we will have the item repaired, or replaced.
Please indicate your name, address and order number and be sure to include images and descriptions of the damage.
