With Standard Delivery your order is delivered to your door. There are no delivery appointments and no packaging removal.

With Threshold Delivery your order arrives “across the threshold” or will be placed inside the first available dry area. For a home, this is inside the front door. For an apartment or office building, this is in the first-floor lobby. Orders will NOT be taken up any flights of stairs. This does not include unpacking or debris removal.

Crafted with flame-retardant polyurethane foam and polyester fiber over a steel frame, the collection features removable quilted covers, designed by Patricia Urquiola, ensuring both style and practicality for everyday life.

Patricia Urquiola, a renowned Spanish designer based in Milan, studied architecture under Achille Castiglioni before establishing her studio in 2001. Known for versatile designs across product, interiors, and architecture, she has created iconic projects like the Museo del Gioiello and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Barcelona. Her works are exhibited in top museums like MoMA and the V&A Museum.
